These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Semantris AI game website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is a free, browser-based word association game inspired by Google's Semantris experiment. It runs an AI model in your browser to score semantic similarity between the clue you type and falling words. The Service is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.

2. Not affiliated with Google

This Service is an independent fan recreation. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., or the creators of the original Semantris experiment. "Semantris" is referenced descriptively to identify the genre of game this site implements.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the Service in a way that misrepresents its origin.

4. Intellectual property

The original code, design, and content of the Service are © the site author and are made available for personal and educational use. Third-party components (such as the transformers.js library and the MiniLM model) are governed by their own respective licenses. All trademarks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other communications, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content to improve the Service. You represent that any content you send is yours to share and does not infringe the rights of others.
